Today was a lazy day. I woke up with a headache and kept it through most of the day. :(
I managed to get a 10 minute workout in although it wasn't until after supper. I also did a bit of housework, so not a total waste of a day.
Breakfast- a bowl of honey bunches of oats with 0% milk.
Lunch- 2 string cheeses and some grapes. (like I said, wasn't feeling well.)
Supper- Bbq chicken with green beans and a baked potato. Yum!
I had half a grapefruit by way of snacks about an hour after my "lunch".
