Day 2

Exercise today: 10 minutes workout before breakfast. 30 minute walk at the park, and 10 minute walk around the block with the dog.

Breakfast: Half a grapefruit and a slice of cinnamon wheat toast.
Lunch: Mango/Strawberry smoothie and a handful of grapes.
Supper: Baked chicken salad w/ light ranch dressing on the side.
I also had a handful of honey bunches of oats with a bottle of water about an hour before supper.

Great day today!
Went grocery shopping, got some laundry done and am now working on my exercise playlist!
